Terms of Service

1. Platform

Dent Coins operates Dent Trust Factor ("DTF"), a marketplace and AI-assisted analysis service for raw (ungraded) coins. DTF is not a third-party grading service (PCGS, NGC, ANACS, etc.) and does not issue certificates of authenticity or guaranteed values.

2. AI honesty

Grade outputs are always ranges with confidence and risk signals. You agree not to represent DTF scores as TPG grades. AI estimates may be wrong; you use them at your own risk for collecting decisions.

3. Marketplace

Sellers are responsible for accurate photos and descriptions. Buyers and sellers complete transactions subject to platform fees (default 3% of item price). Shipping, insurance, and sales tax responsibilities are as disclosed at checkout. Payment protection features, when enabled, are not legal escrow.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and not abuse free-scan quotas or create sock-puppet accounts to manipulate trust or reputation.

5. Prohibited

Fraud, bait-and-switch photos, known counterfeits sold as genuine, payment abuse, and harassment are prohibited and may result in removal, bans, or referral to payment networks / law enforcement.

6. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dent Coins is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or grade disagreements with future TPG submissions. Service is provided "as is."
