This policy describes how Dent Coins handles information on dtfdentcoin.com. It covers accounts, coin photos, marketplace listings, payments, and the Dent Trust Factor (DTF) tools.

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, handle, and password (stored as a hash, not plain text)
• Profile details you choose to publish, such as a bio or avatar
• Coin photos, scan answers, and DTF report data
• Listing, message, and order data for marketplace transactions
• Support messages you send us
• Payment metadata from Stripe when you pay by card. We do not store full card numbers.
• A session cookie so you stay signed in

How we use it

We use this information to run profiles, scans, listings, checkout, fraud checks, and support. When vision tools are enabled, they read coin photos to suggest a grade range and risk flags. Those results are estimates, not a grading-service certificate.

What other people can see

Your handle, public profile, active listings, and DTF reports you choose to share are visible to other visitors. Private messages stay between the people in that conversation. We do not publish your email or legal name on your public profile.

Who we share it with

We share data with services that run the site: payments (Stripe), email, file storage, and the database host. Coin Shop links go to Amazon. If you buy there, Amazon's own policy applies, and we may earn an affiliate commission. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep account, scan, and marketplace records while your account is active, and longer when we need them for taxes, disputes, or fraud prevention. You can ask us to delete your account. We may retain order records we are required to keep.

Children

Dent Coins is a collector marketplace for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
