If a coin is misrepresented

Sellers must show the actual coin being sold and describe condition honestly (wear, cleaning, damage, toning, and any known issues). If the coin you receive is materially different from the listing photos and description—for example, a different date/mint, obvious damage not shown, or a cleaned coin sold as original—you may open a dispute within the return window.

• Keep all packaging and the coin as received
• Photograph the coin and packing materials on arrival
• Open a dispute via Support with your order ID and photos

Return window (7 days)

For condition and representation issues, buyers may request a return within 7 days of delivery (tracking delivery date or mutual confirmation of receipt).

Returns for change-of-mind may be offered at the seller's discretion. Buyer is typically responsible for return shipping unless the item was misrepresented. Coins must be returned in the same condition they were received.

How to open a dispute

1. Go to Support and choose category listing or billing.
2. Include your Order ID, listing link, and clear photos of the coin received.
3. Describe the mismatch (e.g. cleaning, damage, wrong coin, grade clearly outside the stated range).
4. We review with both parties. Outcomes may include return for refund, partial refund, or no action if the listing was accurate.

Card payments processed through Stripe may also qualify for network dispute rights under your card issuer's rules.
